🌺 All of our ready made bag keychain charms and junk journal charms are premade and cannot be changed.

🌺 Some of of our charms are preloved vintage charms so please take note that they may have slight wear and tear.

🌺Charm Customs are always 3-4 weeks turnaround. While ephemera customs are 2 -3 weeks. This timeframe helps us lay out the custom ideas, order any items to complete the order and to create and make sure it’s just perfect before sending off to you. Please make sure you take note before ordering customs.

🌺 Processing time for stock ephemera packs is 3-5 business days and junk journals are 7 business days. You will receive an email once they are ready for shipment with tracking.
